I recently had the opportunity to meet Margaret Webb
the Toronto author of “Older, Faster, Stronger”. It was great to chat
with her about her year training to run marathons for the first
time. I was surprised to find how emotional I became by her
accomplishments and that of the women who inspired her.

In the conversation that follows we concentrated on some practical
advice she offered on how to get motivated.

Although her book focuses on running, Margaret offers guidance and insight
on what it takes to start any physical activity. It’s a great read.
I highly recommend it.  You can find it here:

Here’s the interview.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I did speaking
with her.
